Suburbs we cover here: Witpoortjie, Roodepoort CBD, Helderkruin, Little Falls
Roodekrans is complex housing on the western slope, which adds a gradient to every other consideration a complex already brings.
What we see in Roodekrans
A sloped approach changes where the bottom rail seals. We set it to the slab as it actually falls, which on a hillside is the difference between a dry garage and an annual complaint.
The estate specification still governs the finish, so we quote to the document and confirm the match before anything is manufactured.
Getting on site
Access is arranged with the managing agent or trustees before the day rather than at the gate. Our teams are pre-cleared where the complex requires it and we work inside the permitted hours.
Motors, backup and load shedding
Doors in a complex sit close to neighbours, so a quieter drive is worth the small difference at quoting stage. Manual override is standard and battery backup is a simple addition.
Repairs on any make
Any make, any age. Most Roodekrans repairs are a motor, a spring or a limit setting, and where several doors in a run are the same age we tell the trustees which are next.
What it costs
Price follows the opening size, the slat specification and the finish the complex requires. Where several doors are done together the per-door figure comes down and we quote it that way.
How soon we can be there
A survey in Roodekrans is usually within 48 hours and a breakdown is attended same-day where the complex allows access.
Getting a quote
Send the opening size and a photograph of the existing run, plus the body corporate specification if there is one.

Common questions
Roller doors in Roodekrans
Usually. Send a photograph of a neighbouring door and any body corporate specification, and we match profile, finish and colour so the run still reads as one development. Where an exact match is discontinued we say so upfront.
With the managing agent or trustees before the day rather than at the gate. Our teams are pre-cleared where the complex requires it and we work inside the permitted hours.
Yes. Where a run of doors in a Roodekrans complex is the same age, doing them together brings the per-door figure down and we quote it that way for the trustees.
